Draft Developer Contributions Supplementary Guidance

The Highland Council is currently running a consultation regarding changes to the system by which Developers contribute towards infrastructure. The consultation closes on 9th March. The consultation documnet may be viewed HERE.
FRCC have responded to the consultation indicating that we believe that the proposals are open to abuse, will create unnecessary work for Council Officials and are no targetted to local needs. The text of our response may be downloaded by clicking HERE.
