Fortrose and Rosemarkie Community Council

Donate

Who pays for what the Community Council does?

We receive a small administrative grant from The Highland Council each year. We can also apply for funding for specific needs, either from the Council or elsewhere. For example, the new handrail at the St Andrew's steps was paid for by Common Good Funds held on our behalf by the Council.

Other than that, we raise money for local needs through our events such as Carols at the Cathedral and St Boniface Fair. These funds paid for the Christmas lights for the villages, as well as enabling us to hold free events such the Seniors Afternoon Tea.

Supporting FRCC
