I joined the Community Council four years ago and would like to use that experience to make a further contribution. I have been minute secretary and helped with the Senior’s lunch and St Boniface fair. I have a particular interest in the opportunities for local organisations under the Community Empowerment Bill.
I moved to Rosemarkie over 22 years ago with my husband and four children. We ran the village shop before 'retiring' last year.
The first year we arrived we were involved with the fun day for the swimming pool and community involvement has continued in a variety of ways. I have been a member of Rosemarkie Amenities since it started in 2000 latterly as Chair.
